Sulbactam 250 mg.
Lactobacillus 15x109CFU Excipients q.s.
INDICATIONS:
Fever & Bacterial Diarrhoea RTI & UTI Infections Mastitis
Wounds & Surgical Conditions Post-Operative Infections Skin & Soft Tissue Infections
DOSAGE:
1-2 Bolus twice daily for 3-5 days

Amoxycillin Sodium 2000mg. & Sulbactam Sodium 1000mg.
Amoxycillin Sodium 3000mg. & Sulbactam Sodium 1500mg.
Amoxycillin Sodium 300mg. & Sulbactam Sodium 200mg.

DOSAGE:
7-10 mgjkg. body weight by IMflV.
Repeat dose (After 24 Hrs.l In acute conditions repeat after 12 Hrs.
Direction for use:
Add 10 ml. distilled water in 3 gm. Bactum Forte vial.
Intra mammary:
Add 5 ml. of distilled water in 500 mg. and oifuse in infected teat Small Animal:
Add 5 ml. of distilled water & njed by I.M. or I.V. route.
