Each vial contains
Cefoperazone sodium eqv. to Cefoperazone I.P 500 mg & 3 0 g Sulbactam Sodium eqv. to anhydrous sulbactam U.S.R 250 mg & 1.5 g
Dosage : Deep IM or IV by Intermittent or continuous infusion.
10 to 15 mg per kg b. wt. for 3 to 5 days
750 mg, 4.5 g
