Composition:
- Each 1.5g vial contains: Ceftizoxime sodium sterile powder IP 1500mg
- Each 2g vial contains: Ceftizoxime sodium sterile powder IP 2000mg
- Each 2.5g vial contains: Ceftizoxime sodium sterile powder IP 2500mg
- Each 3g vial contains: Ceftizoxime sodium sterile powder IP 3000mg
Indication:
- Clinical mastitis caused by aerobic, anaerobic bacteria, heamolytic strains and also against B-lactamases producing resistant strains of bacteria
Dosage & administration:
- 5mg/Kg b.wt by I/V route, in severe clinical it can be repeated after 72 hours.
Presentation:
- Vial of 1.5g with 10ml FFS WFI
- Vial of 2g with 20ml FFS WFI
- Vial of 2.5g with 20ml FFS WFI
- Vial of 3g with 20ml FFS WFI
