Composition:
Injection
Each ml contains:
Enrofloxacin I.R 100 mg
Benzyl Alcohol I.R 1.5% v/v
Water for injection I.R q.s.
Meriquin 50 mg Tablets
Each 50 mg tablet contains: Enrofloxacin 50 mg
Meriquin 150 mg Tablets
Each 150 mg tablet contains: Enrofloxacin 150 mg
Indications:
Diseases caused by Gram-positive & Gram-negative bacteria as well as Mycoplasma & Chlamydia
Dosage & Administration:
Injection
Cattle, Buffalo, Sheep & Goat: 2.5 – 5 mg / kg b.wt. by SC /1 or as directed by the Veterinarian
Tablet
For Sheep & Goat:
5 mg / kg BW orally for 5 days. In severe infections, treatment can be extended up to 7 -10 days Dogs & Cats: 5 mg/kg BW by oral route for 5 days
6 can be extended upto 7-10 days
Presentation:
Injection : 100 ml multidose vial
Tablet: Strip of 10 tablets (50 mg & 150 mg)
