COMPOSITION
Metronidazole (400mg)

Indications and Clinical Uses

Fights Parasites: Treats diarrhea and intestinal issues caused by Giardia, Trichomonas, and other protozoa.

Works Like Metronidazole: Offers similar benefits but can be used in some cases where Metronidazole isn’t suitable.

Fast-Acting: Absorbed quickly and breaks down within a few hours (varies by animal).

Dosage:

Dogs: 15mg/kg every 12 hours by mouth (PO)
Cats: 15mg/kg every 24 hours by mouth (PO)
Horses: 10-15mg/kg every 12 hours by mouth (PO)
Treatment Length: Depends on the infection (5 days for Giardia, longer for others).

Not for pregnant animals.
