Composition:
Each ml contains:
- Each 1g vial contains – Sterile Ceftiofur sodium powder Eq. to 1g of Ceftiofur activity. Pack contains – 20ml of distilled water.
- Each 500mg vial contains – Sterile Ceftiofur sodium powder Eq. to 500mg of Ceftiofur activity. Pack contains – 10ml of distilled water.
- Each 250mg vial contains – Sterile Ceftiofur sodium powder Eq. to 250mg of Ceftiofur activity. Pack contains – 5ml of distilled water.
Indication:
- Respiratory tract infection – H.S.
- Urogenital tract injection – post-parturient metritis, Pymetra
- Foot rot
- Septic wounds and post-operative antibiotic therapy
- Secondary bacterial therapy for viral infections
Dosage & administration:
- Cattle, Sheep and Goat: 1.1-2.2 mg/Kg body weight by I/M route OD for 3-5 days
- Buffalo: 2-2.4 mg/Kg body weight by I/M route OD for 3-5 days
